It covers traceability, environmental assessment criteria, social requirements, labeling, and the use of chemicals in the production process.
2. RCS(Recycled Claim Standard)
The transparency and traceability of regen Spandex raw materials, production, and sales structure are validated through third-party certification by the Textile Exchange's RCS Certification.
RCS (Recycled Content Standard) certification is an international recycling certification standard that applies to products containing 5% or more recycled materials in the final product. It focuses on tracking and verifying the content of recycled materials within the end product and is applicable across the entire supply chain, from raw material collection to processing, production of finished goods, and sales. It encompasses traceability, environmental assessment criteria, social requirements, labeling, and the use of chemicals in the production process.
3. SGS( Société Générale de Surveillance)
‘regen Bio-Based spandex’ has obtained the Eco Product Mark certification for BIO by SGS (Société Générale de Surveillance). Through the certified QR code, you can easily confirm that the product utilizes BIO materials, is safe for human use, and is produced based on ESG management.
4. STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is a globally recognized and trusted certification standard. This certification confirms that textile products have been tested for over 350 harmful substances and are deemed safe for human use, demonstrating excellent safety and stability. Among these certifications, the Class 1 product rating is the highest level of approval and is granted only to products that have met the most stringent criteria. Hyosung TNC's regen including Nylon, Polyester and Spandex have achieved Class 1 product rating certification.
