“regen Polyester," introduced in 2008, is Hyosung TNC's 100% post-consumer recycled polyester, created by collecting and recycling discarded PET bottles. The demand for sustainable materials continues to grow, and the desire to add functionality to these materials is increasing. To meet this need, Hyosung TNC has developed innovative functional fibers that are 100% recycled. Simultaneously, we offer "Regen Korea," produced from domestic recycled PET bottles, to consumers.

LCA ( Life Cycle Assessment)
regen Polyester has been subjected to third-party verification through a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) to measure its actual carbon reduction impact. The production of one ton of regen Polyester results in approximately 67% carbon reduction and roughly 80% decrease in the use of fossil oils compared to manufacture of conventional Polyester.
